Winken, Blinken and Nod is one of my ...JoeyLea!!!!!<br />Winken, Blinken and Nod is one of my very favoritest poems in the whole wide world...since I was LITTLE!!!! can you tell by how I said it? LOL My mouth dropped open when I saw the post title. I have the song going through my head as I read your post...have yiu heard the version by Linda Ronstadt? I LOVE it! This one , The Sugarplum Tree and Animal Crackers were my most favorite poems as a child...I want to make a quilt like this! or my version of a quilt like this! I have just finished machine sewing the binding on a quilt for my Youngest Grandgirl. I will finish the hand stitching tomorrow. Hey I could post about it! LOL <br />I really want to come to the quilt show in Pendleton! That would be such fun. I will have to check my calendar and see. I ahve a friend in the Tri-cities that crazy quilts and I KNOW you would LOVE to see her things. She does gorgeous work and makes remarkable items. She has a crazy quilt mid calf jacket that she made..I LOVE it! <br />And if no one wants this quilt at your house...ME....ME...PICK ME!!!!! **Waving both hands wildly in the air**<br />It is just amazing! I wish I could see the stitching better, it blends so well with the fabric!
