~Morning People~

We are morning people.
Here's part of the reason why...
Mornings have been just beautiful.
The bear have destroyed one of our
old plum trees. (Rotten buggers)
There are trees all over the mountains.
Why do they have to attack this one?
Just about the time is starts looking normal again,
they tear into it.
These little wild plums make
the best jelly.
So many things to admire in the mornings.

Until next time,
Nimble Fingers and Even Stitches

  1. I was a morning person until I left the woods and worked 12 years of afternoons. I can't get back to being a morning person, it seems.

  2. Since I no longer work, I tend to be a night person and sleep a little later. I love the pictures and when you say the wild plums make good jelly that is why the bear like the tree. I don't know if I would like them around. I love the pictures. The fall of the year is my favorite time of the year. Have a w onderful weekend. Hugs and Prayers from Your Missouri Friend.

  3. what a wonderful spot, can see why you enjoy your walks there. I am another morning person, sometimes though I just wish I could sleep in as the days are so very long, often up before 5 but it gives me time to catch up on all the blogging at the beginning of the day, a lovely way to start the day seeing what wonderful things people have done

  4. These are beautiful! I was a morning person until we moved into the 'burbs. Not much to lol forward to opening the blinds in my kitchen to stare at my neighbors garage.
I still love mornings when my kids come running in and say "morning mommy!" If we could move and enjoy the fresh air, I'd be for it.
Thanks for sharing those beautiful pictures!

Oh my, you Had Me, with that line. Delightful. Simply delightful.

    And your photos. Gorgeous.

Btw, I'm a morning person too.

  6. I wish I were a morning person....that would require going to ed at night and that part I have a hard time changing about me! I will continue with my efforts to change my time clock...The bears must love the plums as well if they make wonderful jelly! hope all is well with you! I drove past your area late last night!
    Hugs,
    Betsy
